Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research to gather relevant data for grant consulting projects.
- Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Assist in the preparation of comprehensive reports detailing research findings and recommendations.
- Work closely with the Grant Advisory Analyst or Senior Advisory Manager to ensure project timelines and goals are met.
- Provide support in the development and execution of grant strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and changes in grant regulations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes related to grant advisory services.
- Participate in meetings and discussions to share insights and updates on ongoing projects.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive grant information.
Reporting To:
The Grant Advisory Associate will report to the Grant Advisory Analyst or Senior Advisory Manager, receiving guidance and mentorship to enhance skills and contribute effectively to the success of grant consulting projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Nonprofit Management, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and present data effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using research tools, databases, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering accurate and high-quality work.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated interest in the nonprofit sector and grant consulting.
